Request deletion of your Zenara account

You can request deletion of your Zenara account and its associated personal data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed or can sign in.

Submit this form and our team will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the request within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, to make sure nobody else can delete your records.

Already signed in on the app? You can also delete your account directly from Settings › Delete Account without waiting on this request.

Some data — such as medical, financial, invoice or tax records — is subject to mandatory legal retention and cannot be deleted immediately. See Privacy Policy, section 10 for full details on what is deleted and what we must keep.
